I would like to know where I can get the alpha or atleast the alpha purchase icons for CS:GO,as they are similar in style to Half-Life 2's HUD icons and therefore would be in line for my HL2 mod.

I believe Valve allows usage of one IP in their other games,so it would not be illegal.
