4 years ago (i know that was very long ago) i unboxed a case and found gloves, estimating around 280 dollars i went off to trade it after 4 months of owning it on the app CS.MONEY for an m9 bayonet, i kept trading and trading for other things details dont matter, the items lasted around a year until i suddenly got scammed by a cs.money bot, took everything off my inventory, at the time i tried to do everything even contact the officials of cs.money but no one helped me with anything, now i wouldn't really care if i dont get my items back I'm really just wondering if i can do something about it.
Nowadays you can get prime without buying it. I have been playing this game for 2 years now and I'm completely in love with the game. The other day I was playing in mm alone and started to notice a pattern that even in prime hacker and smurf rate has gone up a LOT. And soooooo... I was thinking that maybe valve would give us an option to choose the people we play with at least a little bit. "What do you mean by that?" you may ask. Well... I think that it would be nice if valve invented an option to choose to play with paid prime or all together. I think it would bring back some salty gold novas if they did that. And it would give a better experience for players that had bought the game before f2p and for those who just started playing and bought the prime right of the start.

Any suggestions/objections/compliments/complaints before I unleash these templates on every page linked in it?
Please take a look at both of these pages:
http://counterstrike.wikia.com/wiki/Tides/Tour_of_Duty
http://counterstrike.wikia.com/wiki/Dust/Tour_of_Duty
I ask permission to remove "opposition". Why?
First, it is subjective personal opinion. Each players will have unique strategy about assembling his/her team.
Second, what is the objective reason to put them like that? I see that someone put them based on their skill level, weapon reference and aggresiveness, but many of them are missmatched (and still subjective). The worst part is done by submitting "player" as ideal counterpart. Which "player" do you mean is the ideal counterpart and why?
Third, Tour of Duty is a team based game. We are not seeking counterpart for 1-by-1 match. We are seeking a counterpart team that works together to fight.
I really think that having pages for every individual tour of duty bots is not necessarry. I suggest that we should merge them by categories (cost for CTs and difficulties for Ts). Why?
- First, all of these pages have almost same content. Unlike individual map pages, the only difference between those bots are stats, weapon references and costumes.
- Second, merged pages will be easier to compare the bots. There will be no longer need to open 5++ browser tabs to compare them. One or two merged pages should be better for comparing them.
- Third, even individual pages doesn't contains very accurate information about these individual bots. For example, actual Sam's weapon preference is Rifle, which means he may picks up AK-47.
Why we should have pages per category instead of just one page for each sides? Because just one page for 37 CTs and one page for 32 Terrorists can't spesiffically tells about their weapon preferences. A single page for 37 CTs and a single page for 32 Ts could only tell their most favorite weapons, instead of a complete list.
I ask permission to create new pages based on bots cattegories. Once all of them are completed, admin(s) can evalute the new pages and delete the individual pages so we have more efficient wiki pages for these bots.
Currently, the Did you know section says that:
[Did you know] ...Nuke takes place somewhere in Harz, Germany?
There are a few problems with this, firstly is that it doesn't mention which version of Nuke is it, since the older Nuke probably don't take place in Germany. Second, assuming that it's referring to the most recent version, then the new CSGO version of Nuke takes place in America, in a fictional place called Cedar Creek, not Germany.
I want to edit it and fix it, but the did you know template is locked, so yeah, a heads-up.
I had created a new image of the helmeted CT's head in the CSGO Poster in the style of the round images on the front page (with a black border), correctly sized and all. I think that because the current image is from the CSGO Beta, it doesn't illustrate the game that well. Should I upload my new version?
The cosmetic knife viewmodels are all from before the gloves update. I think we should give them an update.
Also, should we put the old glove viewmodels on the faction pages?
EDIT: The knives were updated, but I just realized that the viewmodels for other weapons are not.
I created an article covering the Counter-Strike Beta since I thought it would be nice to have an article that covers the general gameplay differences/developments in the beta (I temporarily put it here).
Problem is I'm not really sure what would be the most appropriate location for it. Personally I think it should be at Counter-Strike Beta since the name suggests an article and not a patch listing. That would mean that the current article should either be moved to a separate "Counter-Strike Beta patches" page or merged with the current Counter-Strike patches page.
Please voice your opinion about this. Thanks!
The advantage is that you can play in this mode, afterwards the afterlife anon and that the enemies appear from all directions. So you exercise quick and adapted locations in a array of situations. There are aswell maps in CS go skin prices branch that are fabricated accurately to alternation the aiming. These awning the adeptness to accomplish adjustments and appropriately to convenance adjoin caught bots or at targets. Below we acquire listed a few of the best accepted assembly of these maps. The signals of the abrasion are candy directly.
One should about-face off one for the alleged abrasion acceleration. This has the aftereffect that one rotates added faster in advanced movements of the mouse. However, because the dispatch is added difficult factored into the targets, they should be a lot of CS go skins for sale disable. The abrasion acuteness itself is afresh an issue. It after-effects not abandoned from the ambience in the game, but aswell from the DPI mouse. DPI indicates the airiness in the motion seek of a mouse. The college this concern value, the added acute the abrasion reacts. Abounding acclaim the everyman accessible ambience abrasion acuteness in the game. This is in fact not wrong, but in principle, it should aswell calmly acclimatize what apparel one.
There is in fact an aswell able amateur who play at a top acuteness and accomplish abuse good. If one has a acceptable attitude, one should break with this and they do not accumulate changing. Crosshair Adjustment A aloft agency that is generally abandoned by newer players, is the adapted abode the crosshairs. Abnormally at a controlled advance on a bomb place, it is important that one goes through in this way all the accessible positions of the adversary gradually AT CSGOSK. COM.

Since I'm not sure I'm right in my thoughts, I post it here. Maybe you find it interesting.
I think that the two categories are supposed to represent the same thing, but I have no idea. There is a problem here, I'm sure, though I don't know what exactly is the problem.
Are they in the game files or did we write them up ourselves? The Separatists have just a single "Description" section but other factions have "In-game" section and sometimes an "Official Description" and a "Strategy Guide Description" section. Where are we getting all these information and how should we organize it?
I was watching some WarOwl videos recently, and I noticed that WarOwl talked about weapons doing more damage up close. The P250, as he described, is only capable of one-hit headshot kills at "Matrix Trinity 'dodge this'" ranges.
So is there any damage dropoff mechanics in Counter-Strike? Because we might wanna include that so we won't misinform our readers.
Hi.
I use this wiki alot, it's good for reading information, mostly about the guns for my part.
there is one thing I'd like to add though. Patch notes.
For example, if I go to m4a1-s, it would be nice to read everything they've been doing to the weapon, like all buffs and nerfs, bugfixes etc.
What do you guys think?
Because that kind of quick information is better contained in info boxes.
In addition to that, we can also add this to the character info boxes.
As our readers and contributors may have noticed. Our coverage of cut content and old content as well as port content has significantly increased over the past few years. More work has to be done and is in fact in progress when it comes to articles in general, though the following topic goes over that.
Recently we have been able to reacquire several builds of each game in the Counter-Strike franchise and started dissecting each of them for information. These include: -The Betas of the original Counter-Strike (Half-Life mod) -The pre-alpha (2003 Leak) build of Counter-Strike: Source -The 2004 Steam Beta of Counter-Strike: Source -The 2011 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Beta -The 2012 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Beta -The North American version of Counter-Strike Xbox.
Several problems have been however slowing our progress down when it came to content coverage: -The leaked CSS Build features several broken models that cannot be opened with HL2 Beta and that require modelling expertise. -The 2011 and 2012 CS:GO models are somewhat incompatible with the current model viewer, specifically viewmodels, modelling expertise is needed. -The Xbox version of Counter-Strike uses a version of the GoldSrc engine that was specifically made it for it and the Xbox which leads to several other issues. Models and textures are hard to extract and are in formats that require developer software. We couldn't come across the Counter-Strike Xbox Modding Tools developed by fans as most threads containing have been removed. Some tools are spread across the internet though the whole set cannot be currently found. Some uploaders have been emailed, but none answered so far. Obtaining former Ritual employee's help that worked on the project through contact or petitions would help us even better.
Some other things we haven't acquired at all: -Rogue Entertainment's Condition Zero build. We have virtually no information about it not to say no proof of its existence. -Gearbox's Condition Zero build. Footage of it has been made and Randy Pitchford did talk about it with footage of it being shown and that includes a LOT of cut content. Contacting Pitchford and begging him or making a petition to release the build to the public is our only hope of acquiring it, if it is still shelved somewhere in Gearbox's Headquarters or archives that is. Acquiring Valve's support on this side would make it a even better. -Counter-Strike: Global Offensive PAX 2011 Alpha builds (console and PC versions). That might reveal a lot of information or just tell us how slightly different the game was. A certain significant build nonethelss. Valve is quite reluctant on releasing unfinished, old, beta content, especially after the 2003 Half-Life 2 Leak. Contacting Gabe Newell through mail or petition could help us out.
For the sake of the Wiki, for the sake of knowledge. Approve of this and help us.
So I noticed how some flavor texts for skins refer to certain characters. After seeing this page, I was wondering if I should create articles based on these characters. It could add interesting backstory information to CS:GO.
