The Brazilian 1st Battalion (Primeiro Tenente) reuses voicelines from the SEAL Team 6, despite being from Brazil.
Sabre reuses voicelines from Balkan.
The Elite Mr. Muhlik has voicelines of his own as opposed to Ground Rebel, Jungle Rebel, Osiris, and Prof. Shahmat, whom reuse the same set of voicelines due to being in the same faction.
Variant E (Elite Crew) is the only retail agent to not have a customizable agent, most likely due to being too similar to Variant D/Ground Rebel.
Jungle Rebel's clothing may be a reference to an unused Elite Crew model.
The Gendarmerie Nationale have their own set of voicelines, rather than reusing the set of the GIGN.
Prior to Counter-Strike 2 (During Counter-Strike: Global Offensive), every agent including the stock/default agents didn't have facial animations (blinking).

John 'Van Healen' Kask's sunglasses were changed to a tan brown color in Counter-Strike 2, while his lenses remain in the same color being blue.
