The Bear trap is a unreleased item added in July 6, 2018 update to game files to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
Overview
The function of the item is unknown, but it is probably intended to be placed as a trap to ensnare other players.
HUD Icon was added in the July 6, 2018 update to iconlib.swf.
