Brian Dugan, otherwise known as Chippy, is an artist, who is working at Valve Corporation since March 2013.[1] He does artistic work,[2] such as weapon finishes.
He is known for making one of the most iconic skins in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - AWP | Dragon Lore.[3]
