Gameplay changes
- Added a kick voting system, which works as follows:
- Type 'listplayers' to see a list of all the players and their respective id#
- Type 'vote x' , where x is the id# of the player you want to vote to kick off the server
- In order for a player to get kicked there must be atleast 75% of the server voting to kick him off and it only works for servers which have 4 or more players (sorry, you can't kick people off servers that are populated by 3 or less)
- Removed all known cheats
- Added a $12,000 salary cap
- Tweaked the flashbangs [effectiveness]
- Reduced the round time limit down to 5.5 minutes
- Fixed kevlar vest (made it protect arm hits)
- Tweaked weapon powers and effectiveness, as well as prices
- M3 Super 90 = $2000
- MP5 Navy = $1500
- Steyr TMP = $1250
- Improved team balancing (can't join a team with too many people already on it)
