Crash (es_crash) was a cut Counter-Strike: Source map for the Heist game mode.
Overview[]
The map appears to be set in the Middle East. Counter-Terrorists must escort the APC after the helicopter crash through the city alleys, and the Terrorists who appeared near the barracks must prevent the APC from reaching the escape zone.
Simultaneously with the 2023 Source developer asset repository leak, all the source files of Counter-Strike: Source were leaked. This leak included a raw version of this map.[1]
Trivia[]
- The destroyed helicopter uses the Hunter-Chopper model that is featured in Half-life 2.
