David Scully is the voice actor who voiced the SWAT and FBI Counter-Terrorist faction in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. He is best known for being the voice of Sgt. Johnson from the Halo series. He also voiced Lt. Mora (the APC driver) in another Valve game, Left 4 Dead.
