Strategy for Tour of Dutys[]
- This map, with the exception of the mines and village areas, snipers are not in demand and, perhaps, it would be more advantageous to hire teammates who use M4A1s, M249s or P90s and AUGs.
- When you are evacuating hostages through the aircraft's route, if a hostage is stuck at the plane exit, don't hesitate to kill that hostage to prevent your "Rescue all Hostages" mission from being delayed, because if you waste too much time trying to "Rescue" the stuck hostage and die or run out of time, your "Rescue all Hostages" will be lost. If you waste too much time trying to "free" the hostage and die or run out of time, your "Rescue all Hostages" mission will undoubtedly be lost or your teammates will be stuck trying to rescue the hostage again and you will undoubtedly lose the round or waste a lot of time.
- Keep in mind that, regardless of difficulty, there will always be a number of terrorist(s) guarding the rescue point at CT Spawn when leading the hostages back to the rescue point late in the round, so always leave at least one flashbang or smoke grenade behind to deal with the terrorists guarding the rescue point.
- For the "Famas Kills" mission in this level, considering that famas are relatively cheap ECO weapons, you may want to prioritise buying weapons that are better in close combat (such as the M4A1, XM1014, M249, etc.) and completing the "Kill a certain number of enemies" mission before considering the famas kill mission.
- Before entering the computer room area and the mine area to rescue the hostages, always throw a flashbang before entering the hostage area to blind terrorists who may be guarding the hostages.
- For hostages held in small room in the mine area, consider using a HE grenade to clear the enemy and scare the hostages out, but be aware that the blast fallout from the HE grenade may injure or kill the hostages.
