Prior to the ELEAGUE Boston 2018 event, the ELEAGUE Boston 2018 Mega Bundle was released as a "DLC" in the Steam Store for $39.99 USD , and included additional graffiti, stickers for the Pick'Em challenge. 50% of the proceeds from the sale of this event bundle support the included players and organizations.

During ELEAGUE 2018 Boston CS:GO Major Championship, TYLOO was replaced Flash Gaming in January 4, 2018 Update, making stickers, graffiti and autographs no longer available to purchasable in game and unusable in pick'em.
Later in during January 12, 2018 Update, 100 Thieves have withdrawn from the Boston 2018 Major, making stickers, graffiti and autographs no longer available to purchasable in game and unusable in pick'em.
