The "French & German Terrorists" was a cut faction from Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes. This faction was supposed to be featured in the cut Deleted Scenes mission Sniper. Some sound files in Deleted Scenes indicate that this faction was to be included officially.
