Half-Life: Platinum Collection (Second Edition) is a bundle that includes updated versions of Half-Life (Game of the Year Edition), Opposing Force, Team Fortress Classic, Blue Shift, and Counter-Strike.
After the release of the Blue Shift expansion pack and due to the continued success of Half-Life, Team Fortress Classic, Opposing Force, and Counter-Strike, Valve decided to edit and re-release the Half-Life: Platinum Collection (First Edition) bundle with the five popular games. The Second Edition was released a few months after the First Edition.
