There are 7 CT bots under cost 4 category.
On Easy and Normal difficulty, they are unlocked after the player finished 13 maps (at 15 reputation points), on Hard, they are unlocked after finishing 6 maps (at 12 reputation points), and on Expert they are available from the beginning.
Four reputation points are needed to hire each of them.

Alex[]
Alex's skill type is hard, which means he is 75% accurate when firing. His reaction time is 0.25 seconds and he is very sensitive to footsteps. He has no attack delay.
Alex's teamwork is 80%, which is in the good category. He always follow the player's commands and sticks together with teammates.
Alex is a very passive bot. He will retreat after spotting some enemies.
Alex uses the Sniper template.
Alex's voice pitch is 100, the base level.
Brent[]
Brent is the only expert tactical shield bot. He is 90% accurate when firing. His reaction time is 0.2 seconds and he is very sensitive to footsteps. He has no attack delay.
Brent uses the Shield template. However, he does not have any pistol preference, thus in most case he will uses the default pistol, USP. However due to expert's bot coding with pistols. He always fires his pistol at fastest rate, resulting him being inaccurate at long ranges except for first few shots.
Brent's teamwork is 100%, which in the high category. He will always follow the player's commands and always sticks together with teammates.
Brent is a very aggressive bot. He will never retreat even spotting a large group of enemies.
Brent's voice pitch is 90 which means his voice is in lower pitch.
Jake[]
Jake's skill type is expert, which means he is 90% accurate when firing. His reaction time is 0.2 seconds and he is very sensitive to footsteps. He has no attack delay.
Jake's teamwork is good. He frequently follows the players commands and stays together with his teammates.
Jake is a moderately aggressive bot. He will not retreat after spotting some enemies but will withdraw contact after spotting a large group of enemies. After several seconds, he will strike back.
Jake uses the Punch template, which means his top priority weapon is The AUG. He does not use the low-power scope like other bots using the AUG.
His voice pitch is 87 which means his voice is in lower pitch.
Tex[]
Tex's skill type is expert, which means he is 90% accurate when firing. His reaction time is 0.2 seconds and he is very sensitive to footsteps. He has no attack delay.
Tex uses the RifleT template. He uses the M4A1 without a silencer, but will pick up an AK-47 from a fallen enemy if he sees one.
Tex's teamwork is 50%, which in the OK category. He rarely follows the player's commands and always stays away from teammates. He only regroups if he has low money in reserve.
Tex is a quite aggressive bot. He will not retreat after spotting some enemies but retreats after spotting a large group of assailants. After several seconds, he will strike back.
Tex's voice pitch is 92 which means his voice is in lower pitch.
Lou[]
Lou is the only expert machine gun CT bot. He is 90% accurate when firing. His reaction time is 0.2 seconds and he is very sensitive to footsteps. He has no attack delay. He aims for the head at close ranges, the chest at medium ranges, and will crouch and fire at the head at long ranges. Like Cole and other bots that uses the M249, he fires the weapon in full-automatic at all the times.
Lou's teamwork is 80%, which is in the good category. He frequently follows the player's commands and always stay together with teammates.
Lou is a quite aggressive bot. He will not retreat after spotting some enemies but retreats after spotting a large group of enemies. After several seconds, he will strike back.
Lou uses the Power template.
Lou's voice pitch is 82 which means his voice is the lowest pitch out of all the other CT bots.
Ace[]
Ace's skill type is expert, which means he is 90% accurate when firing. His reaction time is 0.2 seconds and he is very sensitive to footsteps. He has no attack delay.
Ace uses the Rifle template.
Ace has low teamwork. He never follows the player's commands except in the first round and only stays together with teammates if he has run out of money. In hostage rescue missions, he prefers to strike the Terrorists that are guarding the hostages, reports the position of the hostages to the player, and hunts for the other Terrorists.
Ace is a moderately aggressive bot. He will retreat after spotting a large group of enemies. In bomb defusal missions, he likes to find and engage the Terrorists. If he runs out of money, he will simply camp at a bombsite.
Ace's voice pitch is 95 which means his voice pitch is in lower pitch and has the same pitch as Kent.
Rooster[]
Rooster's skill is expert, which means he is 90% accurate when firing, and he has a reaction time of 0.2 seconds. Rooster is sensitive to footsteps and the direction of where weapons are being fired. He has no attack delay.
For close battle, he will aim for the head and spray bullets continuously. At medium range, he aims for the chest and fires three bullets in bursts while strafing. For long range, he will crouch and start firing. If a sniper is spotted, he will strafe frequently.
Rooster has good teamwork. He usually follows the player's commands and stays close to other teammates.
Rooster is an aggressive bot. When he sees a teammate dead in his view, he will go towards the killer and start firing. Small amount of enemies do not make him afraid unless a large group is present. After several seconds, he will strike back. In the bomb defusal maps, he likes to scatter around the map while in hostage rescue maps, he likes to strike first and rescue the hostages.
Rooster uses the Spray template.
The voice pitch for Rooster is 105, same as Kirk, which means he has quite a high voice pitch and talks faster.
tactics[]
Although Jake uses AUG, he will never use the AUG's scope magnification function, so he treats him as a riflemans of the same level as Tex and Ace.
